Under 10 people? You can book online like anyone else. A group of 3 or 4 can book all four beds in a 4-bed room and have it to themselves. Check availability

How group stays work
- Every guest is 18+ with valid ID: an international passport or a US driver's license. Illinois licenses with a 606 zip code can't be accepted.
- One group leader stays with the group and is our point of contact.
- Deposit and payment terms come with your quote.
- House rules and quiet hours apply to everyone. Other guests share the building unless you book all of it.
- Our 100-year-old building has stairs only, no elevator, and isn't wheelchair accessible.
